- Everything in marketing and branding starts with strategy. You have to know who your target customers are, what motivates their behavior, and how to create messages they will hear.
- Brand consistency builds visibility. The more an organization is consistent with its communications through its creative, the more the customer will understand and react to the marketing communications.
- Creative should break through the clutter with a clear and direct message. We do not buy into the theory that edgy creative equals effective creative. Your integrated marketing communications program has to be strategic and well thought out, intriguing, appealing, and motivating. Most importantly, it needs to create results.
- We will never waste a client's budget for overvalued media or creative solutions. We strive to be good stewards of the client's budget. Super Bowl style ads and media buys are not recommended.
- Our job is to help you meet and exceed your business and organizational objectives from sales to profits. We strive to do this with long term relationships. Everything else, like awards and agency acclaim, is a bonus.
- We strive to build brands and to put them into action. Our fundamental job is to cause the phone to ring, to put heads in beds, butts in seats, and get the cash register ringing or the website clicking. It's not enough to build a brand and image for your company--marketing and advertising should cause action from the target market. This is rooted in the marketing plan and in the call to action presented in communications.
